Proudly Serving the Greater Richmond Area
The company is based in Chesterfield, Virginia but its work range extends within a 60 mile radius of the Richmond metropolitan area.
We discovered a need to fill a gap in the Central Virginia mid-sized construction market. Our hard work, dedication and proactive risk taking has paid off, and the company has gained momentum and repeat customers throughout our 10+ years in business. Our combined experience, along with our “Common Sense” and “Hands -On” approach, has fueled this momentum.
Meet Our Leadership Team
Michael Anthony (Tony) Lake
As a founder of L2 Construction Services, Tony brought more than 2 decades of experience in estimating and project management to the table. Under his leadership, L2 has flourished into what it is today with his dedication to customer satisfaction.

Robert (Bobby) Allison, Jr.
Bobby has been a phenomenal asset to L2 since 2012, first as a foreman and now as our superintendent. His years served as a foreman with superior attention to detail backed by more than 2 decades of experience has led to the successful and timely completion of many of L2’s projects.
Erich Rott
Erich was pulled into the office after his start with L2 as a field employee in 2017. Erich has grown in his role as an estimator and now has quite a few projects under his belt as project manager.
John Hunt
John is the newest office member of the L2 family, joining us at the start of 2022. Throughout his time here, he has become a valuable part of our team.
Elizabeth (Liz) Lake
Liz’s years of experience in office administration and construction accounting are what led her to be recruited as the third official employee of L2 Construction Services upon it’s founding in 2011. She singlehandedly ran every aspect of the administrative side of the business for many years as L2 grew and now oversees additional administrative staff.
Danielle Henley
Danielle started with L2 Construction by working summers and school breaks in college. She officially joined as a full time member of L2 in 2018 and has grown into the role of Office Manager throughout that time. Danielle is our go-to for Human Resources, Payroll, and Accounts Receivable.
